Automatic Money Transfers monthly to another Pay

Is there a way to send money monthly automatically?

Sorry, what you have in mind is not supported - the work around is the person you want to send the funds to would need to setup a subscription for you - you then accept it and the money is taken from your account each month.  The downside is, the receiver must have a Business Account as you cannot setup subscriptions with a Personal Account and the receiver will have pay the transaction processing fees.
