I was trying to send money to a friend last night, and I tried it again earlier. Both times, I was given this message:
"We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal."
My profile is all set up, I have a debit card connected to my account, and my email is confirmed. I have more than enough money for the transaction yet paypal still cannot send it. Anyone have any answers? Both of our accounts are verified, so I fail to understand why I can't send any money.
