I have made several attempts to have my bank information attached to my PayPal account for ease of funds transfer. However, I continue to receive a message that my PayPal account is attached to my bank account too many times. I had a PayPal account from a long time ago and have never used it. I need to cancel that old PayPal account and pair my bank account to my new PayPal account.
If you have access to your old account, you should remove the bank account from it and then close the account. To re-link the bank account to your current account, you need to contact customer service for help.
