Adding funds worked for me once and thats it?

So i got my account completely verified except for linking mobile and linking a card, but i know i dont nned to do those since a already have been able to add funds once and it worked fine. Now every time i try to add funds it says that there is a problem adding money to my account. I cant seem to find anyone who is also experiencing this. Is there anyone who can help me actually use my money here?

There are numerious possible reasons for this message to be shown to you whilst adding funds and many of which could not be investigated via these forums as they would be account specific.
I would recommend checking with customer service who can review your recent attempts to add funds and advise what the cause of the issue may be and assist you in resolving.
