I'm trying to add my credit card and bank account to my PayPal profile and I get error messages on both. When I'm trying to add the credit card I receive: "Something went wrong" and when I try to link the bank account I get "sorry, we are not able to process your request. please try again later." I talked with the bank about this issue and they said I should be able to add the card to my Paypal profile. Can you tell me what should I do or if there is something I should activate on this profile ?
