I am trying to add a bank account to send money to friends and family, but for some reason it doesn't give me this option. It just gives me an option to add a credit/debit card. I already have a bank account linked to my PayPal account and it's saved as a preferred method of payments. But when asked to add a payment method it doesn't have an option to link that bank account, or any bank account.
