Account limitation

Hey , i have a issue with limitation . I need a code from the bank but i don’t live anymore in that country from where is the bank , how i can solve this problem ? Thanks

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

The only exception is U.S ex-pats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).

Yes , but i have money on my account , and i can’t send them or do something .

The idea is to remove all financial info cards / bank accounts etc AND withdraw all funds and close the account BEFORE you move.

If you don't do so then its unlikely you will be able to do so if you can't verify that its you using the account in another country.
