Account Verification

I've sold an item to a company and waiting for them to send me a payment. Their customer service says I need to verify my PayPal account. How do I verify my account? I'm able to login to my PayPal account and bank account is also confirmed. Seems to be fine, so what am I missing?

Yes email is verified. I receive emails and confirmed in security as per image
