I sold something on ebay, but I accidentally put an incorrect email - I used the wrong extension. I asked the buyer can she cancel it and she says "no because her bank charged her and it has my name in the transaction". She wants me to ship item anyway. I screenshot my paypal acct and showed her I didnt receive the payment - I cant ship since she's paying the shipping. Cant even see her mailing address either. She now wants to report me..I dont know why she wont just log in and cancel it.
what do I do now?
