So I was withdrawing my money into my bank account and I didn't even realise there was a different account there that wasn't mine because I usually just click the top one and it had my name, but this is an account I've never heard of and haven't confirmed either and I accidentally sent my money to it, one of the payments says completed and the other says pending still. I really don't want to lose my money to whoever this person is, can someone please help me on how to stop it and get my money back before it's too late!!!!

I don't know whether to ring my own bank because I don't know what account they are with and the bank also isn't open right now. If I call paypal now can they cancel it?

You won't know the answer until and unless you make the phone call.
Banks have routing number and account number. So phone the bank which has the routing number you used.
