About sending payments.

While creating my account I've verified it by sending a sms from PayPal system but now when I try to pay anyone then they asked for add a mobile number for verification that is that me. But when I add my added number then they did not process the payment and said we are unable to verify it is you. Can you please tell me that how can I fix this problem?

Is the phone actually in your name? I've seen this sort of thing happen when somebody has a cell phone on their spouse's work plan, for example, so the name doesn't actually match their own name.

Well that's your problem then. I had this happening with one of my clients not long ago, and PayPal had to make a temporary modification on their end that allowed us to verify in a different way. You'll probably need to give them a call to get that done.
