So there is something I want to buy with the money that is in my PayPal balance and I have enough money it's just a monthly pay kind of thing so it requires a card; if you get what I'm trying to say. Well my question is, if you have money in your acc and you have a card linked does it take money out of your balance if it has enough money in it?
