A problem when claim money to a debit card

When I am trying to claim the money, it requests to add a card or link a bank account (Although my card is already added), I add my card again and it says it is OK but the money is still there in my PayPal with "Claim It"Button.

I am facing this issue for few days and I mailed the support twice but got only auto responses.

Could please anyone help?
