1) ApplePay and 2) using some sites who accept PayPal but require a backup credit card...

PayPal,

1) Pay the royalties and give us ApplePay.  We want it.  Your corporate politics don't interest me.  I have business to do.

2) Why do sites sometimes require a backup credit/debit card (and my PayPal Business Debit doesn't count?)  I have balance in my PayPal account.

Just pay them.    WHY?
