unclaimed money

Hi,

I have received money from my friend twice and stil cannot claim it. I have changed my address recently and I am wondering if thats the reason.. how do I rectify it? I have been calling paypal for an hour and looked everywhere on the website.. cant resolve it. Please help?

Your email address identifies your paypal account so if you have changed it then what email address did your friend send the money to??

He only can see my old email address so he sent it using my mobile number. I did finish the profile by confirming all of my details but still I'm unable to claim the received money.

Yes. All my profile is finished.

do I need to call customer services for this? every time I try to call it takes me 30 min to get through, also I have problems with almost every transation I make. Its very frustrating...
