I have this Asian debiting my account of $ 93.00 AUST and the number he is using fraudulently is stating it is a PayPal number. I have not bought anything from him nor spent this amount weekly on ANYTHING as my money goes to utility bills, doctors bills ^ food. All paid straight via my bank & nothing to do with PayPal. I do not owe any monies for owing or overdrawal due to insufficient funds on ANY purchase using PayPal or ANYOTHER INSTITUTION. I want this paid back immediately so how do I go about it getting this done? And how come PayPal has not done anything about this as I see this number has many complaints of fraudulent debits on other people?
