transfer money from one account to another (both mine) without fee

i want to transfer money from my one account to another (both are mine and both are in the same country) but i have to pay the fee..

in one transaction i had a problem and when i contacted paypal to solve it they also deleted the fee because they said if both accounts are mine i dont have to pay the fee..

but i cannot do this myself.. is there a way to bypass the fee?

i use the send payments tab and pay via my stated credit card.. i know if you use the credit has fee but why that time i contacted paypal they deleted the fee and told me there is no fee if i transfer money between mine accounts??

There is a fee when taking funds from a credit/debit card as it is borrowed money.

When sending money as friends/family, just make sure it is from your PayPal balance.
