I didnt know Paypal did temp holds on funds. I understand if its an ebay item or a transaction using my bank, but this IS NOT.
I paid $50 to uscellular today using my paypal debit card and when i looked at my account it looked like it was taken out twice, i almost called uscellular then realized the other was a 'hold'. This was 12 hours ago today. its still being held, and i cant print shipping labels now for ebay items because it appears the funds are not in the account, when in fact they are, they are just 'held' still. how long are these holds for? Thank you!
