How do i send $ to an inmate on the island

You'll have to contact the jail to find that out. If you're sending money to an inmate, there are several rules & info that needs to be followed. First thing is an inmate number etc... I've never heard of sending an inmate money via PP but perhaps it can be done now.

Anyway- Paypal wont have that info- it will have to come from the institution.
