 I bought 2 orders from sports direct and I do not know why when contacted sports direct said that was not authorised from paypal when I had money in my credit card account.  No problem but I tried to contact paypal several times with no success and all I got was rubbish from computer generated messages.  I would like to know just about how I will get my refunds back,thats all. Money were taken by paypal from my account and now what ????????????????

Unfortunately you need to redirect your concerns back to customer support.  As we are a member to member help group, we can resolve some issues however, no one here can look at your account details or review your transaction records - only customer support can do that.  You can contact them via email, phone or through Twitter @AskPayPal or via Private Message on their Facebook page at
