my buyer open a case and now paypal is holding the money i am trying to refund and wants to take it out of my bank..i dont have money in my bank and i am new seller!! but not really i had to close my other ebay acct which was koltmommy or 02242010 was the user name which had a 100 feedback and where good ..and the paypal actt i am use is the same i have use with other ebay acct
