So yesterday I put 60 dollars on a Visa gift card. I decided to pay for something and instead of signing up for a paypal account, I went to the "pay with debit or credit card" guest checkout. This was my FIRST attempt at purchasing with the card. I have already registered the card with my information through walmartgift.com. After my first attempt at purchasing without an account, I got the error in the title. I've tried several different times and it has yet to work. Can someone please explain why this is happening and what I can do to fix it?
