Ive done a cash advance before, I don't understand why it is declining. Some one help.
First time i did it and it worked, it was at location i always go to .
The second time i tried it (15 days later), it was at a location i dont normally go to. It decline twice. Then I went to the location I always go to, and it declined again.
Why,,,,,,,,,,,? so mad....
