i pay 199.22 and the seller only charge me 149.99 and 20.70 for shipping..he only got 170 and paypal say that i pay 199.22 so where is my 20.00 and there where no bank fees..so why has paypal not giving me money back?

Login to your PayPal account and click on the payment's "Details" link... does the Transaction Details page have any information which would help explain the different payment amounts?

Was a currency conversion involved?

good now but i can't close a case paypal wont let me so they can refund of the my money back
