In July of 2014 I sent payment thru PayPal to a company for materials they purchased to remodel my bathroom. Fast forward to 2015 and I sued and won a small claims case for failure to complete the job. Now they are refusing to honor the court order to repay me. MY question is this, since I paid him thru Pay Pal can I use Pay Pal to get my money refunded? I have the paper work to prove my claim.
Thank you

Hi,
You can definitely file a case if that had happened less than 180 days before today. The new Buyer Protection Program of PayPal can cover up to 180 days from the transaction date.
