Payments received would go to your PayPal balance.
If you're looking to make payments to a credit card that is not a PayPal credit card, you would withdraw the funds from your PayPal balance and make your payment via traditional methods.
If you're making payments to your PayPal Extras MasterCard, you can use your PayPal balance!
