I'm trying to pay my PayPal regular account. I'm not getting to the correct login page. This payment has nothing to do with eBay.

Not sure what you're referring to.  What are you trying to pay for?  Are you paying through a site, application, using the Send Money tab or what?  What login page are you expecting to see, and what are you getting instead?
