pages not responding in my account page

I am trying to link a bank account to paypay, but the buttons on the pages are not responding correctly and the buttons on  payment page are doing the same. I have never had this problem is it my laptop?

I would try with another browser. This should solve your issue.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
