hello yesterday i got this message " Limited Account"
about 4 days i need to make purchase definitely, can i make this purchase if my account is limited
why paypal is making hard things, they ask me to send "proof of address" and "confirm your credit card"
1st option i added again my same card because i dont have another
2st option i added some information about my bank which i have on "raiffeisen bank"
can i know how much will delay untill they can look it ?
