i bought a camera on ebay last month and i have tryed 4 times to pay him but it say he still has not claimed the payment!?? i have since canecl the payment!! and now he wants me to send him a personal check??? i have not payed for the item yet and he sent it to me with out getting the money first!!
Ask the seller to send you a payment request through their PayPal account. Then all you have to do is pay through that request and it should take care of itself.
