I am willing to buy a Galaxy tablet posted on craigs list from a paypal user . how can I verify if it s ssafe user to buy from or not. and in case the device is bad, can I get my moneyy back.
Make sure you pay via the send money > goods option describing the item that you are to receive very carefully or the seller can send an invoice / request doing the same thing.
