I want to withdraw money from my account ,i registered my card and i thought i'd be able to get my money on it. but it turns out that when i press the button named "withdraw" it tells me that i should also register U.S Bank account which i don't have since i don't live there ! any help how i get my money on my card?

Welcome to the club. If you are in the EU, you still need to add a bank account, which you also need to verify in order to withdraw money, until then limitations exist. It's been a month and I still can't verify my bank account. I'm going in circles. I think this new layout is broken.
