Why is my balance pending for 21 days? Help!

The payment was from my old paypal to my new paypal account. I accidentally sent my funds via 'paying for good and services', supposed to be it was just a personal payment. I just want to transfer my funds to my new account. I'm not a seller.

I need to withdraw my money asap and now it's pending for 21 days? I'm so upset. How to resolve this?

You should have used the friends / family option, as you sent using the goods / services paypal will see you as a new seller and apply the hold.

All you can do is contact customer services, explain and see if they will release it for you earlier.
