Why can't I use my credit? Limit per week?

I purchased a $500 non refundable plane ticket with PayPal credit. I still need to buy the ticket for the event I'm flying too from eBay, which I have already won and am now obligated to pay. I still have 400 in credit for a 100 purchase.

But now when I try to pay for it, it says it cannot be authorized at thigs time and am given no options but to use my bank account, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid BY USING CREDIT.
