This has probably been answered somewhere so I apologize if it has been. I have a friend who has sent me money a few times using the gift option, and for some reason, I am being charged a fee to receive the money. I believe he said he was paying a fee to send, but either way, he sends money to a few different people, and he said none of the other people he sends money to ever get charged a fee. Is there some setting I need to change to stop this from happening? Can anyone offer any possible explanation?
