What is the problem?

Hey. I started a dispute and the seller is don't respond so I already win it. I got the email from PayPal: " 

We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your
favor.
 

" etc.  and:

We were able to recover 11,317 HUF and this amount has been credited to
you.

It's okay on my paypal history I can see: completed +11317 HUF refund..

But my paypal balance is still 0,37 usd.

I don't know what is the problem. I can't spend this money. Should I add HUF (Hungarian forint) to Currencies? I tried but I can't I got this error when I try set it as primary:

I found it. The purchase which I refunded was made with creditcard. So I'll got it to creditcard.
