What does it means "cancelled, issue refund" on order status?

Can you tell us more about where you are seeing this status message?  Is it on eBay or PayPal?  If on eBay, was the auction cancelled?  More information will help our Community members assist you further.

By any chance, is this an eCheck that you have received?  An eCheck will have a status of "Uncleared" until the funds have arrived from the buyers bank account, and you won't receive payment unless the transfer clears.  We don't recommend shipping prior to the eCheck changing to "Cleared," as you are not covered by our Seller Protection if the transfer does not complete. 

The wording "cancel, issue refund" will appear if you would like to cancel the transaction and decline the bank transfer.

Are you seeing "Cancelled, Issue refund", or... are you seeing "Cancel, Issue refund" ?

What is shown in the "Payment Status" column?
