Suggest contacting customer support direct with your concerns as they can take a look a your account details. As there can be various reasons for this issue, i.e. a system glitch, something with your account, something with the recieiver's account, etc. Unfortunately as this is a member to member help forum, no one here can look at or view account information.
Before you call customer support, try the easy stuff like deleting your web browser's cookies, temp files and history. Then close the browser, reopen it and retry sending.
