We cant send your payments right now

Hi, I currently have 50 dollars available in my account and i am trying to send 25 dollars to my friend by using their email. Ive been getting the notice "We can't send your payments right now. If the problem continues please contact Customer Support." I tried to email customer support and they just send me **bleep** on how to send money. I KNOW how.I want to know why its not processing. I am overseas and cannot call so please this money needs to be sent ASAP

Are the funds in your paypal account balance in the same currency as your friend can accept??

 

Do you have a back up card linked to your paypal account as well?

Yes, I've tried sending moeny to both a USD account and a foreign account and both gave me the same message. And Yes, i DO have a creditcard backed along with bank account. I am just lost and i dont know what to do anymore. Its very important that this money gets sent.. PLEASE HELP!

There may be a temporary hold on the funds in your PayPal account.  How long has it been since you received those funds?
