Hey there, So I closed a bank account & a payment was delayed resulting in a negative balance here on my PayPal...I need to verify my address with my latest utility bill & that needs to match my info here. Problem is, my name was not on the bill for my last place of rental & not on my current one either. How can I resolve this issue? Very frustrating that you can't call or email PayPal directly to fix stuff like this. Unless I am missing something...
If you call or email they would still request the same info that they're requesting through your account, so you're going to have to come up with something. It should give you other options besides just a utility bill. You don't have anything at all you can provide that shows your address is valid?
