Hey, I withdrew money two times from paypal to my credit card .i thought fee was 5$ only . after some days ,money got transfered to credit card and only 5$ was taken. but interesting thing is it also took 15$ . i talked to my credit card bank and they told me it's not their thing ,go and talk to paypal they said. please help this is very important

You can't withdraw to a card in the US only to a bank account .

You are posting on the US forum and have not said that you are in another country so can't help you.
