Hello guys! I need some information please. I tried to send money to a friend but my card wasn't accepted when I clicked "pay now" on the email. I've been told that paypal is taking the fees even if the payment isn't completed. Is that true? And if it is, will this money return to me?
Also, when I accepted the money request (this time through the paypal website, not the email), the money didn't go into my balance, but they are PENDING. I think paypal "sees" it as a selling of a product and not a simple money transfer. Did I do something wrong? What can I do now?
