Unknown Money sent?

Hey Guys,

Today i logged into my Paypal and found an unknown payment i did not send to someone. It was for $12. I have no idea who this person is, and i think my account got hacked. This is the person I (apparently) sent money to: Kim Huttunen, (I cant show email on this forum.)

Ive done that many times before, they never answer via Facebook, Twitter, Calling, and Email.
