Unclaimed payment

I sent £300 to my daughter in Australia yesterday but even though it says it's been sent to her, she can't withdraw it and it says it's unclaimed. She can't send it back and there's no option to cancel...what can I do to get it back?

Hi, I send moneys from Aus to UK all the time.  There should be a "claim" link in the email that she received.

Or there's an "accept" button in the list of transaction.
