US linking bank account

I want to link my bank account in payoneer b PayPal but tell me your bank account is disabled Is there a problem, and what is the solution

Solution:  Find a bank which has a walk-in office in your town.

PayPal does not accept virtual banks like Payoneer as they don't have sufficient security parameters for PayPal.

But there are those who are linking their accounts payoneer by paypal

Are they in the U. S. and have they activated the account recently?

So, phone PayPal custoemr service and demand you be treated the same as the others you use for comparison.

they be might using using payoneer now but once the security system detected they are using such funding source sooner or later it will be disabled by the system. I suggest to still follow the do's and don'ts of paypal.

Payoneer is not a bank from what I can tell but you can link a bank account to a Payoneer account.  Is the OP unable to link a bank account to PayPal that also linked to Payoneer account?  Is that it?
