Transfert money from credit card to paypal balance

Please i have a question about how to get money from my credit card to my paypal balance ,if this can be done so how ?

If you are in the U.S or UK then no you can't.

In those countries you can only withdraw funds to a bank account linked and verified to your paypal account balance.

But you do know that as a buyer you don't need to add funds to your paypal balance to buy things don't you??
