So after I receive a payment from a company or person a "refund" button immediately appear in my status/action column. I did not sell anything, this is a payment for the service I did. Am I really obligated to refund it? They didn't contact/email me. I think it's unfair that after the service I did, now this button appear. Also What happen if I don't refund it?
Here's a picture of the transaction details http://i.imgur.com/oYYKO4z.jpg
Thanks in advance.

Its by every one of my sales as well and always is.....................it is put there so IF you need to issue a refund you know where the link is.
IT IS NOT AN INSTRUCTION TO REFUND THE PAYMENT.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
