Hello. My question is, do i need to be verified to send money to another PayPal account? I want to send money to my brother, but my account is not verified. I want to know if that is possible?

U can send money but there will be limitations on the amount and the amount of times u send money
If ppal ask u to verify it then u will have to in order to proceed
