I have a big big big Problem

I'm not in my country and i need some money

My friend send to me the money by paypal but in my transaction detait

I see the status "Related Transaction Pending" from 09/22/2015

drom 3 day I waiting ... Now I haven't any money ... and far away from my home

please help me ... I haven't any thing now
