Refunds for PayPal Credit don't show!

 Hello all,

Was hoping to find some explanation to this.

When I return item(s) purchases with my PayPal Credit account, I see the transaction acknowledged on my "home" page with a plus sign and "refund" underneath. However the credit does not appear in my PayPal balance NOR does it reduce the balance I owe on my PayPal credit balance. How and where does the refund appear, where it going, and where can I get an accurate representation of what I owe on PayPal credit?

It depends, especially on the dates of the transactions which you haven't provided.

Hello,

One was Jun 27 and one was Jun 29. They show as refunds on the main screen but not in my Paypal credit section.
